• Content Data: Short videos/reels, thumbnails, package details, captions, comments, likes, follows, and job applications or resumes you submit.
• Transactional Data (Stripe Escrow): Booking details, amounts, currency, payment status, refunds/chargebacks, payout details for creators or service providers. We do not store full card numbers. Card processing is handled by Stripe.
• Usage Data: Views, watch time, interactions (likes, follows, shares, clicks), search queries, and the jobs you view or apply to.
• Technical & Device Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, OS, app version, crash logs, approximate location derived from IP. We also use cookies and similar technologies for session management, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• Communications: Support requests, emails, in-app messages, notifications preferences.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Talent Tube platform and features.
• Host and display reels, packages, profiles, and job postings.
• Facilitate bookings with Stripe escrow, including payments, payouts, and dispute handling.
• Personalize recommendations (e.g., “For You” feed, jobs, and creators).
• Enable messaging, notifications, and service updates.
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
• Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

• Stripe: For payment processing, escrow, payouts, fraud prevention, and disputes. Stripe acts as an independent controller in some contexts.
• Infrastructure & Delivery Partners: Cloud hosting, CDN, storage, video processing/transcoding, analytics, and error logging providers.
• Counterparties: Companies you apply to; users who view your public reels or packages; parties to a booking or dispute.
• Legal & Compliance: If required by law, to protect rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login sessions, preferences, analytics, performance, and fraud prevention. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes (e.g., tax, accounting, fraud prevention). Where possible, we will de-identify or aggregate data rather than retain it in identifiable form.

Talent Tube is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including issues with job applications or bookings.
